The Big Buckle collection is one of the latest releases from Birkenstock, which sees oversized metal buckles bring a sophisticated edge to the two-strap classic.

The classic contoured footbed provides the support and comfort you are accustomed to in a Birk, and the premium oiled leather upper is soft, smooth and supple. The unique open-selvage finish of the oiled leather is designed to highlight the unique characteristics of the leather and show wear for rich look full of character.

The semi-exquisite footbed is covered with a soft smooth leather, which coupled with the oversized hardware, give the Birkenstock Arizona Big Buckle sandal a premium finish that is sure to lift your look and pushes this style well into 'formal Birk' territory.

Fitting Notes:

  • The Arizona Leather has two adjustable straps, so you can buckle each strap to securely hold your foot in.
  • Some people like to wear the straps loose but we recommend at least keeping the strap across the ball of your foot fastened snug so your foot is held in place and doesn't move back and forth when you walk.
  • The leather straps may take a few days to soften up, so wear them gradually and don't be afraid to embrace the socks and sandals trend while you wear them in as it will help minimise the straps rubbing on your foot.
  • Most people will wear the regular width in the Arizona unless they have an especially narrow foot. It's better to have more room to spread out your toes and tighten the straps rather than opting for a narrow fit. You can also have extra holes punched in the straps if they are too loose.

Refunds, exchanges and credits are NOT provided for sale items, all SALE orders are final sale.

GENERAL RETURNS POLICY

ONLINE ORDERS

Within Australia: Full price products can be returned for an exchange, refund or credit note via our self serve returns system within 14 days of receipt.  

  • Payments refunded through Afterpay and Zippay will incur a 6% fee
  • Shipping fees for exchanges of items to the value of under $300 must be paid by the customer.
  • Please note, we will deduct a $10 shipping & Handling fee on refunds if you received free shipping on your original order.
  • Shipping fees paid at the time of purchase are non refundable
  • All sale items are final. No exchanges, store credits or refunds on sale items unless defective or faulty.
  • All returns are subject to the condition that the garments are in a saleable condition ie unworn, unmarked, tags attached, in original condition. Any worn, damaged, altered or washed garments will strictly not be accepted.
  • An exchange can only be processed once; exchanged items can not be returned again.
  • Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings, hats, bralettes & swimwear are unable to be returned for refund, credit note or exchange.
  • Life & Soul Boutique reserves the right to reject any return request if the returns policy is not complied with. 
  • Life & Soul Boutique reserve the right to repair or replace faulty items. If unable to repair or replace, we will reimburse you in full. Items can only be deemed faulty at our discretion.

We ask that you contact us within 48hours of receiving your purchase via our self service returns ( link below) and return your order within 14 days from the date of purchasing.

 

IN STORE PURCHASES

Please choose carefully as we do not give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision with any in Store purchase. No returns on sale items.

Life & Soul require your item(s) to be returned in store within 7 days of original purchase with receipt for proof of purchase.

A store credit or exchange will be issued for the return and store credits are valid for 3 years from date of issue which can be used in store or online. Please know that refunds are given only for items deemed to be a manufacturing fault.

All garments must be in original condition with all tags attached to ensure the approval of your return request. 

Due to health and hygiene reasons, earrings, hats, bralettes & swimwear are unable to be returned for refund, credit note or exchange.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are unable to offer returns or exchange for International orders at this time.  

SUBMIT A RETURN REQUEST

  1. Log in here
  2. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
  3. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
  4. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
  5. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
  6. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
  7. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
  8. Click Request return.

If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

The cost of the return shipping label will be deducted from the refund.

FAULTY ITEMS

We check all items before dispatch for damage, however if an item is received damaged please contact us within 48 hours of receipt to ensure we can provide you with a suitable replacement or refund. Return postage of a damaged item will be at the our expense.

In accordance with the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission if the garment we have sent has a minor fault then we have the right to repair the fault to the product and send it back to you. If we believe the fault cannot be repaired then we will send to you a replacement product, which matches your original purchase. However, if we are unable to repair or replace your faulty item then we will reimburse you in full for your purchase. A returns sheet is provided with each order containing options for a return.
